Zarrar Husain

President & CEO

 As the founder and CEO Zarrar leads the strategy and corporate direction at ITCON. He is engaged at all levels of the organization, focused on expanding the company’s competencies and capabilities, enhancing relationships with current and prospective customers, and providing opportunities for employee growth.  Zarrar is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and an unparalleled commitment to customer success, while elevating ITCON’s position as an employer of choice. He brings a wealth of best practices, tools, and technologies to the leadership team. His professional experience, technical expertise, deep understanding of the federal landscape, and unique ability to build thriving partnerships with customers helps pave the way for successful management and service delivery for ITCON's customers. Zarrar holds a BBA and MBA in Management Information Systems from the College of Business Management at the Institute of Business Management and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master.


An avid chef who enjoys cooking for family and friends, as well as culinary travels around the world.

Fun Fact

He is actively logging flight hours to become a certified recreational drone pilot.


Nasser Basir

Strategic Advisor

Nasser provides operational oversight and guidance for all corporate functions at ITCON. He believes deeply in servant leadership culture, offering guidance and mentorship at all levels. Nasser has extensive executive management expertise with a focus on growing organizations and an emphasis on delighting customers and establishing people-centered learning cultures. Nasser holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a master's degree in Management Finance from the University of Maryland.

    He was married in freefall over Texas.


    Ishita Yameen

    Vice President, Service Delivery

    Ishita ensures successful service delivery across all customer programs at ITCON. With decades of government consulting experience, she guides, supports, and mentors team members on the successful delivery of innovative, high-quality technical solutions. With a focus on servant leadership, she works closely with key stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and most pressing needs to ensure their requirements are accurately and efficiently addressed. She specializes in directing ERP and COTS integrations, custom application development, data warehousing, O&M, and cybersecurity projects. Ishita holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master.


      Gardening, traveling, running marathons, and spending time with family and friends.

      Fun Fact

      A life-time Girl Scout member, Ishita has been a member, volunteer, and troop leader for over 35 years!


      Kent Cushenberry

      Program Executive

      Kent constantly raises the bar for program management at ITCON. His people-first, hands-on approach with both customers and team members ensures successful service delivery. Prior to joining ITCON, Kent supported several large-scale IT projects for Lockheed Martin, Leidos, and Grant Thornton. His extensive program management experience and deep technical knowledge helps to facilitate countless customer success stories at ITCON. Kent holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, an MBA from the University of Maryland's Global Campus, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master.


        Spending time with family and playing golf.

        He previously served as the Chairman of the Board for a non-profit that ran the historic Lincoln Theater in Washington, D.C.


        Nancy Summers

        Director of Human Capital

        Nancy develops, promotes, and implements a human capital strategy aligned to ITCON’s current needs and future growth objectives. She has over 25 years of experience providing strategic direction for the full range of human capital functions. This includes an emphasis on employee development, leadership development, compensation, benefits, compliance, talent management initiatives, and driving Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy. Nancy holds a BA from Point Park University, is a Certified Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR), and is a Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).


        Spending time fishing, boating, and watching baseball with family and friends.

        Fun Fact

        After selling her home in Virginia, she spent a year travelling up and down the East Coast in her vintage 1967 travel trailer and working as a digital nomad.
