ITCON Services is looking for a smart, motivated SharePoint-.NET Technical Lead to join our team. The SharePoint-.NET Technical Lead will be a 100% hands-on role (i.e. coding will be required) Technical Lead position leading a small SharePoint and .NET application team (~5 persons). This person would be responsible for giving technical direction for multiple projects to the technical team (including developers and business analysts). The candidate should have some technical lead experience and have expert communication skills.  

Note: This is not a SharePoint Administration position. This position is for SharePoint developers only.

The Technical Lead is expected to act independently to deliver and manage developers, requirements and assist with deliverables, while also adding value to the overall project team. 

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a diverse environment and be able to multitask many work streams at once. This associate will mentor junior staff and have be able to take 100% ownership of tasks assigned.

The Technical Lead must be eligible to hold a Government Security Clearance.

Qualifications:

Desired Skills/Qualifications

·        MS Degree

·        8+ years of experience with SharePoint

·        6+ years of experience with .NET

·        General SQL Server skills (SP’s, SSIS, SSRS, SQL)

·        More than one Microsoft Certification

·        Experience with SharePoint 2016 upgrades

 

Required Skills/Qualifications

·        BA/BS degree (any field)

·        6+ years of experience with SharePoint

·        4+ years of .NET (C#) coding experience

·        Microsoft Certification (1)

·        Experience with various configuration management tools and methodologies

·        Experience with SharePoint upgrades

·        Proof of hands-on development experience in SharePoint and .NET will be required

·        Ability to define functional business requirements and scope

·        Experience with working on Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)

·        Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders

·        Expert oral and written communication skills to facilitate critical discussions between business customers, project stakeholders, and contracting team. We consider communication skills a key required skill

·        Experience with issue/change management software (i.e. JIRA)

·        Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

·        Demonstrated attention to detail
